The Quarterly Connection: An Invitation to Pause

There is a lot competing for our attention.

Work. Family. Notifications. Meetings. News. The next thing on the list.

Sometimes it is worth creating a little space to step back and ask, How am I doing? What am I learning? And what might I want to do differently?

That is the idea behind The Quarterly Connection.

Four times a year, I send a short email designed to offer a moment to pause and reconnect with the things that matter - both professionally and personally.

The October issue will explore a theme I keep coming back to: self-actualization and what it means to free ourselves up while helping others develop, too.

Not a deep dive. Not homework. Just a little something to consider.

Each issue includes practical ideas rooted in emotional intelligence, self-awareness, workstyle awareness and team dynamics, along with a few questions or reflections to take with you.

Subscribers also receive access to The Quiet Practice - reflections and exercises created specifically for the Quarterly Connection.

And yes, there may occasionally be a course or learning opportunity tucked in there, too. But this isn't about filling your inbox.

It is about creating a small, intentional pause four times a year.

If that sounds like something you'd welcome, I'd love to have you join me.

Four emails a year. A little space to think. A few ideas worth carrying forward.
